Edit Arrival Report
You can use the Arrival screen to edit an Arrival Report for a vessel by using the details recorded by the Port staff.
Each edited Arrival Report of a vessel is saved in the SCHVOP database. The details recorded in the Arrival report for WWL and non-WWL vessels vary.
If you want to view the Search panel at any time during the editing of an Arrival Report, use the slide-out flap that is attached to the Search panel.
To edit an arrival report:

For non-WWL vessels, only the following fields are displayed on the Arrival screen to create an Arrival Report:

A confirmation dialog box is displayed on successful submission of the report.
On confirming the reset action, the fields are reset to null values or to the previously saved values.
The common task buttons are activated. To know more about common tasks, refer Common Tasks.

You can use the Report Type drop-down list displayed in the header section to edit the Departure Report for the same voyage. |
