Searching by Date
You can search for voyages by using the ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) of a vessel at the specific port. Each voyage is associated with a vessel and a vessel can have multiple voyages attached to it. You can search only the voyages for the port that is assigned to the Port user.
A Voyage Number is a unique five-character identification number that is assigned to a voyage.
To search by date:
In the Port section of the Search panel, click the calendar icon. The calendar drop-down box is displayed.

By default, the voyages scheduled from the current date to the next 7 days are displayed in the Port section. The schedule of a voyage includes the ETA and ETD dates. This range of ETA-ETD dates can be configured based on the business requirement. |
Select the required ETA of a vessel attached to a voyage. The search results display ETA-ETD of a vessel from the selected date to the next 7 days in the Port section. The following details are displayed in the search results:
Vessel Name: The Vessel Name is a name assigned to a vessel.
Voyage Number(s): The number that is assigned to the voyage(s) for identification.
ETA: The ETA is the Expected Time of Arrival of a vessel at the port.
ETD: The ETD is the Expected Time of Departure of a vessel from the port.

You can search for voyages from the current ETA date onwards by selecting the Today button in the Calendar drop-down box. |

To narrow down the search results, the required Voyage Number can be entered in the Search box. |
