Common Tasks

Common tasks are the functions that are repeatedly performed by users in SOF application. The following are the common tasks that can be performed by the users:

Comments

Using the Comments button, you can add comments to the arrival or departure reports. See the Comments screen displayed below:

PDF

Using the PDF button, you can generate PDF format of the arrival and departure reports in a separate browser tab. The reports can be saved on the local drive and also printed.

Email

Using the Email button, you can send PDF format of the arrival or departure reports to multiple email IDs simultaneously. A confirmation dialog box is displayed. See the Enter email IDs screen displayed below:

Calendar

 

Using the Calendar icon, you can select the date for specific fields.

Time

Using the Time icon, you can select the time for specific fields.
