Arrival Pilot Station

Pilot on Board

The Pilot on Board field indicates when the pilot in-charge of a vessel is onboard at the time of arrival.

Select the date and time of Pilot on Board by using the calendar and time icons.

First Line

Select the date and time for First Line by using the calendar and time icons.

All Fast

The All Fast field indicates the date and time at which the vessel gets docked at the berth.

Select the date and time that is greater than the Pilot on Board value by using the calendar and time icons.

Ramp Down

Select the date and time for Ramp Down by using the calendar and time icons.

Operation Start

The Operation Start field indicates the date and time of commencing an operation.

Select the date and time that is greater than the All Fast value by using the calendar and time icons.

Berth

(Not a mandatory field)

The Berth field indicates the space within the port where the vessel can be docked. Each port can have multiple berths for loading and discharging cargo.

The options displayed in the Berth drop-down list are populated based on the voyage details entered in the SCHVOP system.

ETD

The ETD field indicates the expected time of departure of a vessel from the port.

Select the date and time that is greater than the Operation Start value by using the calendar and time icons.

Draft Forward

The Draft Forward field indicates the vertical distance between the waterline and the bottom of the hull.

Type a value between 5 m and 15 m in the Draft Forward box. Input of any other value in this field displays an error.

Draft Aft

The Draft Aft field indicates the measurement of the draft aft (stern, perpendicular to the stern.

Type a value between 5 m and 15 m in the Draft Aft box. Input of any other value in this field displays an error.

Bunker Fuel + IFO

The Bunker Fuel Oil + IFO field indicates the fuel quality that complies with the latest ISO 8217 specifications for the following products: IFO 380, IFO 180 and MGO.

Type the fuel quality value in the Bunker Fuel + IFO box.

Bunker Diesel Oil

The Bunker Diesel Oil field indicates the amount of diesel consumed by the ship on arrival.

Type the fuel quantity value in the Bunker Diesel box.

ETA Next Port

The ETA Next Port field indicates the expected time of arrival of the vessel at the next port.

Select the date and time that is greater than the ETD value by using the calendar and time icons.

Number of Tugs

The Number of Tugs field indicates the number of tugs used on arrival of a vessel.

Type the number of tugs in the Number of Tugs box.
