Search for Voyage

You can use the Search panel to search for a list of voyages or a specific voyage associated with a vessel. A voyage is the path traveled by a vessel or ship associated with a cargo assignment.

The Search panel helps you search for a voyage to create or modify Arrival and Departure Reports. A Port user is assigned to a specific port and can only access the arrival or departure report details of the voyages related to the assigned port.

You can do the following to search for single or multiple voyages:

• Searching by Voyage Number

• Searching by Date

You can perform the search action by providing either the Voyage number or Date or both. A search action cannot be performed without providing any of these mandatory values.

The Voyage Numbers, Dates of vessels are defined for voyages in the SCHVOP system. The search results are retrieved from the SCHVOP database.

A slide out flap is attached to the Search panel that is used to view the Search panel from the Arrival and Departure screens.
