Load Commenced |
The Load Commenced field indicates the date and time at which cargo loading was initiated for a vessel at a sub-location (terminal/berth). Select the date and time for Load Commenced by using the calendar and time icons. |

Load Completed |
The Load Completed field indicates the date and time at which cargo loading was completed for a vessel at a sub-location (terminal/berth). Select the date and time for Load Completed by using the calendar and time icons. |
||
Moves |
The Moves field indicates the number of times a vessel is moved in a sub-location. Type the number of Moves in the Moves box. |

Discharge Commenced |
The Discharge Commenced field indicates the date and time at which cargo discharge was initiated from a vessel at a sub-location (terminal/berth). Select the date and time for Discharge Commenced by using the calendar and time icons. |

Discharge Completed |
The Discharge Completed field indicates the date and time at which cargo discharge was completed from a vessel at a sub-location (terminal/berth). Select the date and time for Discharge Completed by using the calendar and time icons. |

Commenced Date,Time |
The Commenced Date, Time field indicates the date and time at which the berth shifting is initiated for a vessel. Select the date and time for the Commenced Date, Time field by using the calendar and time icons. |

Completed Date, Time |
The Commenced Date and Time indicates the date and time at which the berth shifting was completed for a vessel. Select the date and time that is greater than the Commenced Date, Time values by using the calendar and time icons. |

Tugs |
The Tugs field indicates the number of tugs that were used for berth shifting of a vessel. Type the number of tugs in the Tugs box. |

Draft Forward |
The Draft Forward field indicates the vertical distance between the waterline and the bottom of the hull. Type a value between 5 m and 15 m in the Draft Forward box. Input of any other value in this field displays an error. |

Pilot onboard |
The Pilot on Board field indicates when the pilot in-charge of a vessel is onboard. Select the date and time of Pilot on Board by using the calendar and time icons. |

Draft Aft |
The Draft Aft field indicates the measurement of the draft aft (stern, perpendicular to the stern. Type a value between 5 m and 15 m in the Draft Aft box. Input of any other value in this field displays an error. |

Departure |
The Departure field indicates the date and time of departure of a vessel from the port. Select the date and time for Departure by using the calendar and time icons. |
||
Bunker Fuel + IFO |
The Bunker Fuel Oil + IFO field indicates the fuel quality that complies with the latest ISO 8217 specifications for the following products: IFO 380, IFO 180, and MGO. Type the fuel quality value in the Bunker Fuel + IFO box. |

Pilot Off |
The Pilot Off field indicates when the pilot in-charge of a vessel is off the vessel. Select the date and time for Pilot onboard field by using the calendar and time icons. |

Bunker Diesel Oil |
The Bunker Diesel Oil field indicates the amount of diesel consumed by the ship on departure. Type the fuel quantity value in the Bunker Diesel box. |

ETA Next Port |
The ETA Next Port field indicates the expected time of arrival of the vessel at the next port. Select the date and time for ETA Next Port by using the calendar and time icons. |

Replenished Fuel Oil |
The Replenished Fuel Oil field indicates the quantity of fuel replenished at the port for vessel departure. Type the fuel quantity value in the Replenished Fuel Oil box. |

Replenished Diesel Oil |
The Replenished Diesel Oil field indicates the amount of diesel replenished at the port for vessel departure. Type the fuel quantity value in the Replenished Diesel Oil box. |

Number of Tugs |
The Number of Tugs field indicates the number of tugs that were used on arrival of a vessel. Type the number of tugs in the Number of Tugs box. |
